Well Received

First - I LOVE all the handtowels below! I can't wait to make some of my own.

I've finished several ballband cloths in the past weeks or so (like these) and I've given two as gifts. this past weekend we went to see a friend of my fathers and my mom taught me never to leave the house with out earrings or a tissue and NEVER to show up empty handed so... washcloths and some little body scrubs it was. I gave one ballband (Plymouth Fantasy Naturale) and one bobble cloth (Tahki's Porto Cervo) all tied up with ribbon.

They were a HUGE hit! I know many of you have gotten the same reaction, but it was new to me as all of my cloths have gone into the "Christmas Box." It seems a little odd that something so simple and quite easy to do gets such a BIG reaction from others. I'm glad they liked the cloths and I was proud to give them. I can't wait until Christmas when I get to give them to everyone!

Have fun!

Comments:
I just gave away two of the MD round cloths with bobbles and the recipients were very impressed as well. There is something about knitting that makes it fun to give things away. And it can give one a nice warm fuzzy feeling to have something you made be so well received. I'm sure your Christmas gifts will be enjoyed as well.
