Eat your heart out, Kate Spade

So I know it's not in the book, but here ya go anyway. I've made this bag numerous times, with different yarns, and feel qualified to say that Cascade Pastaza is a great yarn to knit and felt with. I love the way the mohair gives it a Muppet-esque look that you just can't get with plain ol' wool. It may be hard to get past the luxurious background prop, but there is an orange stripe in between the red and pink yarns. Here's the link to the Cascade site in the even that someone is reading this and thinking to themselves, "Pastaza? Isn't that served with a pomodoro sauce?" http://www.cascadeyarns.com/cascade-pastaza.asp

Great bag! I love the colors. ;o)

Love, love, love the bag! Thanks for putting in the link!

I feel like maybe I should know the answer to this, but what pattern did you use for the bag?

Thanks!

psst...Susan! Check www.masondixonknitting.com. But don't tell anyone. It's a secret!

Duh on me. I thought because it said in the post it wasn't in the book, then it wasn't in the book.

Its not in the book, it is on the website:)

Ok, I love you people. I really do. Could one of you help me remember to actually TAKE my car keys when I go out to the car?

THANKS!!

Oh! I love the Muppet-coloring! I totally need a Kermit bag... or a Rowlf! Thanks for the fab yarn suggestion.
