Bibs Galore
After several long months with many delays, I have finished my first three MD baby bibs. Check'em out!
They're in order of completion from left to right, so that's why the green one turned out the best. :-D But by the time I got to the end, I was getting much better. I haven't really done any knitting in about 15 years, so I was quite pleased that they turned out.
I'm now working on the baby blanket, which is much more complicated (for me) than the bibs. I've had to restart numerous times, and just as I thought I'd gotten the hang of it, today I dropped a stitch somewhere, and I'm not sure if I'll be able to fix it without some assistance. (My sister's the knitting guru in the family, so I may have to bring her in to consult. :-)

Mwa ha ha! My plan is working! Another person snared by the knitting mania. Seriously, very nice projects! I appreciate the compliment too. Although I think "knitting guru" might be a bit optimistic!
They look great! and they are bibs, after all. They will be washed and used over and over. I bet your knitting is like riding a bike...a little shaky at first, but you're picking up speed!
Nice colors on your bibs. I've been working on some currently. I'm almost done with #4. I'll hopefully post soon. A dropped stitch stinks, but maybe you can fix it, good luck with the baby blanket.
Yep, the knitting is definitely getting better, and using lifelines on the blanket is definitely helping me out. Next stage is to learn how to fix some of my basic mistakes, AND start a log cabin blanket for myself! Can't wait to do that one as it's just knit stitches. :-D
