Baby Kimonos
for my friend who is having twins soon, i made two stockinette versions of the kimono.
one in spring green
one in blue
i used less than a skein of TLC Cara Mia for each one.
i used iron on velcro "dots" instead of ties as fasteners and sewed the little bows for show. that iron on velcro is awesome.

Super idea about the dots, I am just finishing one for my future Nephew, and was wondering about velcro closures instead of ribbon....you have just solved my dilema! Thanks, they look great!! Kirsty
