Heartbreakingly Cute

Here is another Kimono for my grandbaby, Bella.
I used Knitpicks Shine in Wisteria. The little mousey buttons are from Joann Fabrics. I really like the Shine and will use that on anymore Kimonos I make. She is no longer a newborn, so I increased the back, front and sleeves by one inch. I also CO ten extra stitches.

Comments:
SUPER cute! Your grand-daughter will look lovely in it. I love the color as well!

How many skeins of shine did it take?

I used 3 balls of the Shine in Wisteria.

Gosh, from the top, I thought they were pig buttons, and loved them just the same!!!!

I did the same with my last kimono. I did 50 cos, 5 inches of body and increased sleaves by one more row of increases (I think) and it turned out the perfect 6-9 mo size. Well at least I HOPE so. I bought a 6-9 outfit and it is the same size. Off to new little cousin who being born in April in Orlando won't need a nice sweater until October at the earliest. ;-)

I love the little mouse buttons. Very sweet.

TOO DARN CUTE FOR WORDS!

Love the mouse buttons! :)
