Mason Dixon KAL

I posted a finished Log Cabin blanket yesterday and several of you have asked about yardage. The finished blanket is 34 1/2" (87.63 cm) wide and about 1/4" (.63 cm) longer. I used Encore DK yarn which is 150 yards each and I needed 10 balls of yarn (2 of each color), so 1,500 yards total. I knit the blanket on size 7 needles. I ended up only using one ball of orange in my blanket and three balls of red, since I did the border in red. If I had to do it over again, I'd probably use Encore Worsted and size 9 needles.
