Introduction
Hi all! I'm Laurie. I'm a makeup artist & Army wife turned SAHM & as a result, an avid knitter. I just got MDK (an autographed copy to boot!) & am HOOKED! So far I've done a Log Cabin Baby blanket for one of hubby's soldiers & his wife who are due in Oct, a baby bib for a friend of mine who just had #2 a couple wks ago (I also made them a baby blanket & 3 washcloths--non MDK patterns--tied up w/ a little bar of baby soap) & several "warshrags"

Mary--I used leftover LionBrand Homespun Baby that I had in my stash. I used white (obviously!), the baby pink & sweet violet colors. The blanket was 36" when I finished it.
