Baby Girl Moderne Baby Blanket

A couple of people I know are going to be having baby girls soon, so I felt compelled to try my hand at the Moderne Baby Blanket. I was really nervous about picking up stitches, as I'd never done it before, but I think that it is working out ok thus far! I finished up Block 5 last night after this picture was taken, so today I will be on to Block 6. Hooray!

Hi Lindsey, yes I am using Caron Simply Soft. It was on sale at Hobby Lobby a few weeks back, and I'd seen where some others had used it and liked it. So far, I am pleased with how it is turning out!
