Log Cabin Newbie

I'm about to start my very first log cabin blanket (I'm quite excited!) and I have a question: after finishing each strip, do I cut the yarn and then work in the new color in the next strip? I would think yes, simply because otherwise I'd end up with a mess of yarn on the wrong side that I wouldn't know what to do with anyways.

Thanks!

Yes!

hi.

That's just what you do!
And, a tip: take out five minutes to weave in the ends every once in awhile instead of waiting 'til the end. It's better to face a few over the course, than deal with them all at once.
Good luck, and have fun!
